Support is included for 30 days after your website is completed. After that period, any additional updates, add-ons, or assistance must be booked as a paid service.

If you purchased a Hosting/Finance package, you may schedule an appointment for support with:

• Website troubleshooting

• UI/layout adjustments

• Code Injection help

• Template guidance

• Page setup and edits

To provide hands-on assistance, we may require temporary administrative access to your Squarespace site.

Pricing varies depending on the type of scope and support you need. If the issue is caused by an error on our end, simply report it to our support team—we’ll diagnose and fix it at no cost.
